The project delivered two interconnected applications: a fully-featured customer-facing storefront where shoppers can browse, filter, and purchase gym equipment and supplements, and a dedicated admin panel that gives the client complete control over products, inventory, orders, and sellers. From add-to-cart and checkout flows to order management and seller dashboards, GymNutrify covers the full retail lifecycle in one cohesive platform.

Built a Next.js full-stack application with two separate portals sharing a single backend. The customer storefront features product listings, filtering, detailed product pages, add-to-cart, and a multi-step checkout with payment integration. The admin panel provides full CRUD for products, inventory management, seller onboarding and management, order tracking, and sales analytics. Role-based authentication separates admin, seller, and customer access throughout the system.

The client needed more than an off-the-shelf store — they required a custom admin panel to manage their product catalogue, track orders, and oversee sellers, all while providing customers with a fast, modern shopping experience. Integrating seller management alongside the standard e-commerce flow added significant complexity to both the data model and the UI.
